Traditional Vegetable Soup

This vegetable soup is a staple in many households. It’s versatile, healthy, and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery, sliced
  • 1 liter of vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onions until translucent.
  2. Add the carrots, potatoes, and celery. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
