Creamy Garlic Pasta

This creamy garlic pasta is the ultimate comfort food. It’s fast, flavorful, and uses ingredients you likely already have in your pantry.

Ingredients

  • 250g fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve immediately with fresh basil and red pepper flakes.
