Creamy Garlic Pasta

This creamy garlic pasta is the ultimate comfort food. It’s fast, flavorful, and uses ingredients you likely already have in your pantry.
Ingredients
- 250g fettuccine or spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately with fresh basil and red pepper flakes.
